  • Snack: boiled beets
  • Dinner: 100 grams. fish

DAY 2

  • Breakfast: 100 grams. beef
  • Second breakfast: 50 g. salad with greens
  • Lunch: 100 grams. veal and 1 tomato
  • Snack: 1 sausage
  • Dinner: 200 grams chicken.

DAY 3

  • Breakfast: 100 grams. Marine fish in the stew
  • Second breakfast: eggs and sausage
  • Lunch: 100 grams. pork.
  • Snack: vegetable salad
  • Dinner: 100 grams. boiled shrimp

DAY 4

  • Breakfast: 100 grams. beef with salad greens

  • Snack:  a salad of tomatoes with herbs
  • Dinner: 100 grams. Chicken.
