English diet meal plan: lose weight up to 10 kg
The diet is well-known as the strict diet that helps to lose weight fast. It is difficult to believe in it, but it can dump 10 kg!
Important: during the diet take vitamins.
The English diet is considered as rigid, and you should repeat it no more than once a year.
The first 2 days it is necessary to have as meal only milk and bread. They serve as a push for loss of the first kg.
English diet meal plan
Food allowed these days:
Breakfast: 100 g of milk and piece of rye bread;
Second breakfast: 100 g of milk;
Lunch: 100 g of milk and piece of rye bread;
Dinner: 100 g of milk;
Two hours before sleeping: 100 g of tomato juice.
Next 2 days protein
Breakfast: coffee with milk without sugar, a piece of grain or rye bread, teaspoon of butter, teaspoon of honey.
12:00 cup of meat or fish broth, 150-200 g of boiled low-fat meat or fish, 2 tablespoons of green peas, piece of rye bread.
15:00 glass of milk or tea, honey teaspoon.
19:00 2 eggs, 50 g of cheese, glass of kefir, piece of rye bread.
2 fruit and vegetable days
Breakfast: 2 oranges or 2 apples, piece of grain or rye bread.
12:00 plate of vegetable soup without potatoes, salad or vegetable stew on vegetable oil, a piece of rye bread.
15:00 glass of kefir or milk,
19:00 green salad, piece of rye bread, teaspoon of honey, glass of tea.
Further protein and vegetable days change (1 protein and 1 vegetable, or 2 protein and 2 vegetable).
The last 21st day of the English diet repeats the first.
To keep weight after a diet you should adapt slowly to usual food with gradual increase in caloric content of a day diet.
During 10 days after a diet eat 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese every day.
During a diet it is forbidden:
- drink alcoholic beverages (it is allowed a little dry wine), lemonade;
- take sugar or any products containing it, white loaf;
- it isn’t recommended to salt food.
